Bonuses
Just place your first order, and the bonuses will be credited!
To be able to pay for orders on the website with bonuses, you need to verify your phone number on the checkout page. After verifying the number, you will also have access to your personal account, where you can check the bonus balance and the current cashback percentage.
Bonuses start to be credited from the second order, from the amount to be paid. The bonus account is assigned to the phone number from which the order is made.
Bonuses are not credited:
- for orders placed with any discount;
- for orders placed by pickup;
- for orders of drinks and gift certificates.
- for orders placed in Glovo, on the website, or by phone
Orders containing alcoholic beverages, certificates, and key chains cannot be paid for with bonuses.
Bonuses cannot be used to pay for shipping costs and order packages.
Bonuses cannot be redeemed for orders in Glovo.
If you use a previously received discount-compensation for an order, the percentage of bonuses from the order will be added to the discount amount and used to pay for this order.
You can find out about the current status of your bonus account and the percentage of bonuses by contacting our operators, in your personal account on the website, in the application or in the Telegram/Viber bot. The percentage of bonuses credited and the terms of the bonus program are subject to change, please check with the operators for details.
You can assign the percentage of bonus points to another phone number. To do this, tell the operator about it when placing an order, write to quality@yaposhka.kh.ua or in our chat on the website or by calling 2200.
