1. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
1.1 What should I do if I haven't received any bonuses?
You need to call the operators back at 22-00 or on the hotline 0995555840, or write to us at okk@yapiko.com.ua or in the chat on our website. Bonuses are credited throughout the day. Please note that bonuses start to be credited only after the amount of your previous orders reaches UAH 1000 or more.
1.2 How can I use the bonuses?
Bonuses can be used to pay for an order partially or in full (1 bonus = 1 UAH), you just need to tell the operator about it or indicate it in the comments to the order.
1.3 Where can I find out the status of my bonus account?
This information can be checked with the operator by calling 22-00 or in your personal account if you have registered using the same phone number as the bonus account. You can also see the number of bonuses in the mobile application, for which you need to log in.
1.4 Can I transfer bonuses to another phone number?
Yes, you can, you just need to tell the operator about it when placing an order or call us at 22-00, write to us in the chat or email okk@yapiko.com.ua
1.5 How can I use the promo code?
You need to tell the operator the promo code when placing an order
1.6 How do I use the birthday discount?
You can use the discount on your birthday, as well as on the next 6 days. When ordering, please inform the operator which original document you can provide as proof, or you can use the Diia app. The discount can be used once a year. The promotion does not apply to drinks, gift certificates and restaurant orders.
2. ORDERING, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
2.1 Delivery working hours
Delivery works from 10:00 to 21:00 in Kharkiv. From 10:00 to 22:00 in Poltava, Odesa and Kyiv.
2.2 How to place an order on the website?
To add an item to the cart, click on the yellow button with its price (located in the lower right corner of the photo of each product). The contents of the cart will be displayed on the right, you will need to move the cursor over it and click the pink “Order” button. Then you need to fill in all the fields, only after that the “Checkout” button at the bottom of the page will become active.
2.3 Is it possible to place an order in advance of the exact time?
An order can be placed in advance for any period of time (for example, a day, a week, or even several months), but no later than 1.30-2 hours before the desired time. Also, for orders for a certain time, an interval of +-10 minutes is taken, if there are many items in the order, the interval can be increased.
2.4 How do I cancel or change my order?
To make changes or cancel an order, you need to call the operators back at 22-00 or write in the chat on our website and wait for a response.
2.5 How can I pay for the order?
Orders can be paid in cash upon receipt, by bank transfer through our website via the Portmone online payment system or through the courier's terminal (Google Pay, Apple Pay are supported).
2.6 Can I pay with a foreign bank card?

2.7 Is delivery free?
For orders over UAH 499, delivery is free, if the order is less than this amount, the delivery cost will be UAH 50. Also, delivery is always paid to some suburbs, when placing an order, it will be calculated automatically depending on the order amount.
2.8 How can I track my order?
The order can be tracked only if it was placed on the site from your personal account, for this you need to go to the “Tracking” tab in your personal account
2.9 What if I did not receive an SMS that the order has left?
You can check by calling 22-00 or in the chat if the courier has left
2.10 Why is the delivery time now more than 60-90 minutes?
In case of receipt of a large number of orders, as well as difficult road conditions or bad weather conditions, the delivery time may be increased

3.2 Opening hours of restaurants

3.3 Why are some items from the restaurant menu not available for delivery?
Some dishes do not retain their appearance and taste long enough for us to deliver them.
4. FEEDBACK AND PROBLEMS
4.1 What happens if the courier is late?
If the order is 10 minutes or more late, we will give you a promo code for 150 UAH
4.2 What should I do if I want to report a problem or leave a review?
You can leave a review on our website by clicking the “Complain” button at the bottom of each page, send it to okk@yapiko.com.ua or call the hotline 099 5555 840.
5. REGISTRATION ON THE SITE AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT
5.1 How to register on the site and why is it necessary?
To register on our website, you need to click “My Account” (in the upper right corner of any page), then the “Register” button, fill in all the fields and click “Register”.
In your personal account, you will see your bonus account, order history (only those placed through your personal account) and the addresses to which you have placed orders. Also, if you have placed an order through your personal account, you can track it in the “Tracking” section.
5.2 Why don't I see all my orders in the history in my personal account?
The history displays only those that were placed on the site from your personal account. Orders placed by phone or through the mobile application will not be visible.
5.3 I don't remember my login and/or password
On the “My Account” tab, to the right of the yellow “Login” button, there is a pink link “Forgot your password?”. To reset your password, you need the email address you provided during registration. If you do not have access to this email address, you can only delete your account so that you can register it again. To do this, you need to call the operators back at 22-00, write to us at okk@yapiko.com.ua or in the chat.
6. QUESTIONS ABOUT PRODUCTS
6.1 Which of our menus is suitable for vegetarians?
We do not have a vegetarian menu, but we can remove meat ingredients from almost any of our dishes. You just need to indicate this in the comments to the order or tell the operator during the checkout process.
6.2 How long can sushi be stored?
It is better to start eating immediately, but if this is not possible, you can store sushi and rolls at room temperature for no more than 2 hours. Or in the refrigerator, in a closed box, at a temperature of +2...+6 C - no more than 12 hours.
6.3 Can I replace one ingredient with something else?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to replace an ingredient, we can simply remove your favorite ingredient. In addition, you can always make any additions to the products.
6.4 Can children eat sushi?
The digestive system of a child under 7 years old is not yet fully formed and food such as sushi and rolls with raw fish can cause stomach upset. Therefore, we recommend that you refrain from eating sushi for your child. If the child wants to join the meal, pay attention to rolls with vegetables or ingredients that have been heat-treated as a filling.
6.5 Is the pizza cut?
Yes, we cut Patry pizza into 20 slices, 32 cm and 42 cm pizzas into 8 slices.
