Delivery and payment
For orders up to 499 UAH, delivery in Odesa is 50 UAH
Delivery to Kotovske village is free for orders over 699 UAH.
For orders less than UAH 699, it is UAH 200.
The exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Protection and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 19.03.1994, which defines the list of goods of good quality that cannot be returned. This list includes food products.
According to these regulations, only food products of inadequate quality are subject to exchange or return. At the buyer's request, the goods may be exchanged or refunded.
- If your building does not have a lift, delivery is possible only up to the 5th floor.
- An order with a waiting time of more than 9 minutes is considered late.
- If you are more than 9 minutes late, we will give you a promo code for UAH 150 (not valid if the delivery takes place during air alert or bad weather conditions)
- The permissible weight deviation of products is ±3% of the declared weight of the menu.
- When ordering "for now", the order can be delivered earlier than the scheduled time.
- If the courier arrives at the address and the client does not get in touch, the courier will wait for 10 minutes. If the client does not contact the courier during this time, the courier moves on.
- When ordering to a hospital, delivery is made only to the reception.
